The 3rd ruSMART 2010 conference explored and explained the scope and challenges in smart spaces research and development. The event brought together academic and industrial research professionals from diverse fields. The conference was the first place where the first open source smart spaces platform Smart-M3 was presented in the format of life-demo. The 2nd ruSMART 2009 held in St. Petersburg, Russia on September 15, 2009. Technical program contained two invited talks and ten technical presentations accepted from the open call. The acceptance ratio was 35%. The conference was attended by over 50 participants. The proceedings have been published in Springer LNCS 5764. Read more...

ruSMART 2008

The 1st ruSMART 2008 held in St. Petersburg, Russia on September 5, 2009 was initiated by the Nokia Research Centre and supported by Siemens and Baltic IT. Technical program contined five invited talks and seven technical presentations accepted from the open call. The acceptance ratio was 35%. The conference was attended by over 60 participants. The proceedings have been published in Springer LNCS 5174. Read more...
